however, a serious problem, each time I or my family order from here, we get the product half spilled in the bags because it's not correctly screwed. I don't understand how it can happen multiple times.
you can see here on the picture I've just opened my order, there's ink all over the fragrance (and me), we can barely see what's written, and it's already spilled a quarter.
