Arachidyl Alcohol (Arachidyl Alcohol)

A long-chain fatty alcohol used in cosmetic formulations as a consistency agent, emollient, emulsion stabilizer and texture enhancer. Unlike volatile alcohols, it does not dry the skin, but helps create thicker, more stable and more pleasant-to-apply formulas while leaving a smooth, velvety and protective feel. It is especially valuable in creams, lotions, balms, products for dry skin, restorative formulas and hair care preparations, where it helps reduce the feeling of roughness, improves product spreadability and supports a more comfortable, emollient and well cared-for cosmetic effect.
