Hello! To avoid this phenomenon, during the homogenization be careful not to incorporate air into the composition, and when pouring it should be a little more fluid so that it can be evenly distributed in the container. One more thing, before use the container should not be cold, rather slightly lukewarm.

Good evening;I have a question, after the wax dries, some air bubbles remain on the walls of the container, something like when you put a protective film on the screen and bubbles remain. What do you advise me to do?I want the candle to have no imperfections,I want it to look like a 10.

Hello. When pouring the wax, the wick needs to be supported with something to make it stand in the middle; there are several methods, we use the straw, as you can see in the third picture of the recipe. When it burns, the wick can bend at the tip, we found that, but we haven't found a solution for this problem.

Hello. I made this recipe and my conclusions are: 1. the flame is fine(burns completely); 2. the pigment did not disperse in the wax but I mixed it with the essential oil and it was fine. The problems I didn't solve: 1.the wick didn't stay in the middle when I poured the wax. And 2. During burning the wick does not stand straight. Can you advise me what to do? Good day.

Hello, I tried the recipe. It smells very nice and strong and burns nicely. However, I have the same problem with the pigment :(. it stays on the bottom of the pot no matter how much I mix. Maybe it has something to do with the utensil used for mixing? I used metal: Edel stainless steel spoon with two ends, and I melted the wax in a berzelius heatproof glass. Have you tried it before? Thanks.

Hello Adriana! We recommend embedding the pigments before removing the wax from the heat source; the pigments can be heated without any problem. Some pearlescent pigments partially rise to the surface and can form a silvery layer, a phenomenon that can only be avoided by using matt pigments.

Hi there, I tried the combination of soy wax and cosmetic pigment too, but it doesn't blend f well. Pigment powder remains on the bottom of the bowl or rises to the surface. I should mention that I added the pigment at the end and mixed the mixture for about 2 minutes continuously. Are there other ways to combine them? Or am I doing something wrong? Thanks in advance, Adriana

Hi Mihaela, During our tests and the formulation of the recipes we have published, we have not encountered this problem except when using round wicks and not flat ones, which we once inserted the other way around. With the round wick it is important to follow the direction of the fabric but with the flat type - which we have on offer, this is not the case. We don't have much experience with candle making at the moment and unfortunately we can't give you more advice.

Hello, I would like to ask for your opinion regarding the following situation - I have repeatedly tried recipes to make candles - soy wax, colored pigment, essential oil, waxed wick, all in the quantities indicated on the blog, but I had problems with the candle not burning. Adica ardea fitilul for a few minutes, then just a flame that was smoldering. I changed the wick, I got one from your site, I respected the amount of soy wax, I didn't add anything on top, but I'm experiencing the same problem - the candle burns for a few minutes, then becomes a smoldering flame or goes out. Do you have any suggestions? Thanks and have a nice day !
