1. Prepare phase A: premix xanthan gum with glycerin, add to water mixture and stir until a gel forms.
2. Heat phases A and B separately on a water bath at 75°C in heat-resistant beakers. When both phases have reached the right temperature, remove them from the heat source.
3. Add phase B to phase A with stirring, continue stirring until smooth.
4. Place the beaker in a bowl of cold water and stir until a homogeneous emulsion forms.
5. Cool below 40°C, add the ingredients of phase C and mix well until uniform.
6. Measure pH and adjust with lactic acid to 5.0-5.5 if needed.
7. Transfer the preparation to the dedicated container. The consistency will be final the next day.

Buna ziua, între ingrediente se regăsește gliceryl caprylate, dar în formularea rețetei nu apare acesta. Îmi puteți spune va rog in ce faza se adaugă sau daca se poate omite. Vă mulțumesc anticipat.-

Buna seara, doresc sa fac aceasta lotiune pentru a o oferi cadou, iar uleiul de castravete este singurul care îmi lipsește. Îmi puteți recomanda, va rog, înlocuitori pentru acesta ? Va mulțumesc anticipat :)-
