1. Heat the ingredients of phases A and B separately to 75°C in a heat-resistant beaker on a water bath. When both phases have reached the right temperature, remove them from the heat.
2. Add phase B to phase A with stirring, continue stirring until smooth.
3. Place the beaker in a bowl of cold water and stir until a homogenous emulsion forms.
4. Cool down under 40°C, add one by one the phase C ingredients and mix thoroughly until smooth.
5. Transfer the mixture to the dedicated container. The consistency will be final the next day.

Apply to clean skin lightly or generously, put some extra on your knees and elbows. Let it soak into your skin for a few minutes before getting dressed.
