1. Melt gently the ingredients of phase A in a beaker then take out of the water bath.

2. Add phase B to phase A and mix well.

3. Quickly pour the preparation into a jar and let it set up at room temperature.

A lovely warm salve with a calming scent, anti-inflammatory and soothing due to ingredients having a long history of use in treating skin conditions.

Massage a small amount onto skin in areas where needed.
