1. Melt the ingredients of phase A in a beaker.

2. Remove from the water bath, set aside to cool a little.

3. Add phase B to phase A and stir well.

4. Pour the preparation into the mould, place in the fridge to set up, and then unmold it.

Zero waste solid bar that nourishes the skin leaving it soft and soothed.You can swap the arnica oil with another plant oil and the fragrance with another natural fragrance oil or essential oil.
Keep it in a glass jar or metallic box.
