Formula: 34108 Difficulty level: medium Shelf life:min 6 months

Phase Ingredients Quantity
A Melt&pour Soap Base White 1 kg
A Pure/distilled water 50 ml
B Green soap colour 2 drop
B Blue soap colour 3 drop
B Red + Blue soap colour 2 + 1 drop
B Lavender essential oil 20 ml
B Eucalyptus Globulus essential oil 10 ml
B Natural fragrance oil Fresh Marine 10 ml

1. Dilute the dyes with 30 drops of water, separately, each in a pouring cup. Add an essential oil / fragrance over the dyes.

2. Melt the soap base plus the added water in a water bath in a heatproof dish covered with foil. Easier melting can be done in the microwave.

3. Divide the completely melted soap into 3 roughly equal portions, pouring it quickly into the three cups prepared in step 1.

4. The contents of the 3 cups are stirred briefly and vigorously, then poured into the block soap mould, one after the other, from the corners of the mould.

5. Finally, spray a little alcohol onto the surface of the poured soap to release the air bubbles. Leave to harden on a flat surface.

6. After 24 hours, remove the soap from the mould and cut into the desired thickness using the wooden soap cutter.

Hi Robert, As M&P soap bases contain glycerin, we do not recommend increasing the amount of this ingredient.

Hello Elena, To avoid foaming and film formation while heating the soap base, we recommend the following: - cut the soap into 1 cm cubes and heat them in a heatproof bowl on the water bath - do not stir while heating - heat small quantities, max. 200 g - do not add additional ingredients while heating. Good luck!

Hello! Yes, you can add. Include very little castor oil, so as not to reduce the lathering power of the soap.

Hello! We don't sell alcohol, but look for 70° alcohol at the chemist's or 96° grain alcohol in the supermarket, which needs to be diluted with water.

Hello! Did you prepare the exact recipe or with modifications? Note that melt & pour soaps do not lather as much as cold process soaps.

Hello! Small bubbles may remain on the surface of the soap, just an aesthetic problem.

Hello! Yes, you can add vegetable butters or vegetable oils, no more than 4-5% to the soap base, no matter what kind of cororants are used.
