1. Mix the ingredients in phase A in a heatproof bowl.
2. In another heatproof bowl, add the ingredients in phase B and mix well.
3. Heat the two phases in a water bath at 75 °C, then remove them from the heat source.
4. Add phase B to phase A and mix until a homogeneous emulsion is formed.
5. Place the container in a bowl of cold water to speed up cooling and continue mixing by hand until the temperature of the emulsion reaches 40°C.
6. Add the ingredients from phase C and mix well.
7. Transfer the cream to a suitable container.
