Hello Simona, We have not encountered such phenomena with our molded candles. The formation of holes, however, can be prevented by slowing down the cooling process, for example by preheating the containers or by providing a slightly higher ambient temperature to prevent rapid cooling and curing. Good luck!

Hello, I have made some candles with this Nag Champa Scented Nag Champa and I used the ingredients and quantities in the recipe. After the wax hardened I noticed that some holes have formed in the wax around the wick. What do you think could be the problem? Thanks.

Hello! It may also depend on the container, we have not encountered this problem using the Ambra/Clara jars.

Hello! Yes, it can also be used for massage, but we recommend using natural essential or fragrance oils and possibly an addition of vegetable oil instead of some of the wax, to make the texture of the candle softer. Prepare a small test amount. Good luck!

Hello, I want to ask if the wicks you have for sale are suitable for soy wax and for the size of the jar in the recipe. I know that for soy wax you wrote that you need a slightly thicker wick. Thanks!

Hello! The intensity of the odor emanated by the candle varies from one fragrance to another, not all fragrances give a good performance in such applications. The recommended dosage is up to 8% essential oils and 10% fragrances. All the best!

Hi, I put in another parumant instead of the one you suggested, but the same amount and it doesn't really smell the candle, not as strong as I've seen with other candles. Should I increase the amount or what do you suggest? If I put essential oils , as quantity, how much should I put? Thank you

Hi, I also tried to make a candle with lavender oil and soy wax but when it cools the wax cracks on the surface.

Hello! The dosage of the fragrance and how to prepare it depends on the wax being used. If you are working with soy wax available from us, we know that it allows you to add up to 10-12% fragrance, so for a volume of 340 ml you can dose up to 40 ml. If you are making the candle with another version of soy wax, the description/label of that product should mention both the maximum dosage for the fragrance and the optimal pouring temperature.

Hello. I have recently purchased from you the Sweet Orient perfume, which I intend to use to make scented candles, but it is not very clear to me how much perfume I should use. For example, I have a container with a volume of about 340 ml. If I follow your candle recipe, I should pour 34 ml of perfume, correct? And another aspect, I have a soy wax bought from another supplier, at what temperature should the wax be so that I can pour your perfume? Thanks and waiting for your reply. Good day

Hello! We only recently got the waxed wick, and of course, if you are working with this type then you will skip the waxing step as I specified in the recipe.

Hello, the wires and staples you sell are already waxed, aren't they? You mean you can skip the waxing stage?
