2. Add the contents of phase A to phase B with mixing, continue mixing until smooth.

3. Place the beaker in a bowl of cold water and blend until a smooth, glossy, homogeneous emulsion forms.

4. When the mixture has cooled to below 40°C (hand temperature) add the Phase C ingredients and mix thoroughly until smooth.

5. Measure pH and adjust if necessary.

6. Transfer the composition to the dedicated container. The consistency will be final on the next day.

Body butter inspired by mornings spent in nature, nourishing but light, emollient but not too greasy, with a fresh fruity scent that beautifully envelops the skin.

Hi Daniela, Morning Brazil Body Butter is a creamy body cream, which is recommended to be used with certain modifications for dry or very dry skin only. Our recommendations for adjustment would be as follows: - astaxanthin can be added in a dosage between 0.05 - 0.2% - vitamin C THDA can be added - in the amount recommended in the product specifications - we recommend removing the figue fragrance - we recommend decreasing the amount of lemon essential oil FCF to a dosage between 0.4 - 0.8%. Remember to adjust final amounts according to final dosages. Good luck!

Hello, could I add astaxanthin 0.2-0.3% and vitamin C THDA 2-3 % and use it also on the face? Thanks

Hello, The recipe is checked and I have not received any reports of any problems. The reason for the cream cutting happened somewhere during the preparation. Either the temperature of phases A and B did not reach the recommended level, the mixing time was not long enough or phase C was added before the cream was cooled. Another reason could be a change of ingredients or dosages. Have you made custard recipes before?

Hello. I have made the body butter 3 times and each time after adding the preservative the cream is cut, the oil comes out on the surface...I don't understand why.

Hello! You can make the suggested changes, and decrease the percentage of shea butter a bit - it won't destabilize, it will just be a bit softer. Good luck!

Hello . I would like to replace the cupuacu butter with shea butter but at the same time I would like the body butter to glide nicely on the skin without being very hard. Could I decrease the percentage of the shea butter and increase the percentage of the oil without destabilizing over time?

Hello! The cupuacu butter is quite soft, we estimate a ratio of 70-80% butter + 20-30% oil. Try it on a small amount to observe the texture and viscosity. All the best!

Hello ! In order to make a body butter only from pataua oil and cupuacu butter, what would be the dosage of each? Also, what would be its texture? Thank you!
